1. Basic Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between the seller and the buyer when purchasing goods through the online store.

2. Order and Conclusion of Contract

An order is placed via the online store interface without the need for registration.
By submitting the order, the buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

The purchase contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the seller.

3. Price and Payment Terms

All prices are listed including VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Available payment methods are specified on the online store website.

4. Delivery of Goods

Goods are delivered to the address provided by the buyer via the selected carrier.
Shipping costs and the method of delivery are specified in the order before it is submitted.

5. Withdrawal from the Contract

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods in accordance with Section 1829 of the Czech Civil Code.

To withdraw, the buyer may contact the seller by e-mail.
The goods must be returned undamaged and unused.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.

6. Rights Arising from Defective Performance (Claims)

The rights and obligations relating to defective performance are governed by the applicable legal regulations of the Czech Republic.
The buyer has the right to file a claim with the seller by e-mail or in writing.
The warranty period is 24 months, unless otherwise stipulated by law.
